The Gibraltar Blockchain Exchange (GBX) has been selected by Crowdvilla (CRV) for the launch of its ERC20 token sale, making this the third project for the GBX.

Crowdvilla (CRV) is a blockchain based startup based in Singapore. It aims to democratise real estate ownership worldwide and uses an innovative non-profit, community-driven and decentralised business model which applies the power of blockchain technology – its open and transparent way of recording digital assets – to real world assets. It is doing this by building a portfolio of holiday homes across the world that will be owned by CRV users and which these can share with each other using the CRV tokens. This is underpinned by the company’s concept of the common good whereby the Crowdvilla community pools their resources to acquire properties together and then share its use. Crowdvilla aims to change the way the world uses real estate assets.

The launch of the CRV token on the GBX demonstrates clearly Crowdvilla’s commitment to ensuring compliance as well as sound ethical principles in its business model. Crowdvilla is sponsored by ICOMain.io, a GBX sponsor firm and a main provider of ICO solutions which worked closely with the Crowdvilla tam to provide essential advisory services on the token launch.
