The date and venue for the next Gibfin Forum have just been announced. Taking place on Wednesday 24th October 2018 at the QEII Centre in Westminster, London, the symposium is bringing together internationally renowned speakers from all over the globe to discuss the latest developments in DLT, blockchain and tokenomics.
The event will bill Gibraltar as the leading Blockchain and DLT jurisdiction in the world; it is the only jurisdiction with an operating DLT regulator and is in the process of establishing a regulatory framework for token sales. Gibraltar is leading the way forward in tokenomics through its combination of robust yet open-minded approach to regulation, giving entrepreneurs, investors and customers the certainty and protection they require to operate reputable and successful businesses.
Although the Agenda remains to be fully finalised, key elements will probably include:
- Bridging the crypto divide for institutional investors
- Compliance, standardisation and certainty for blockchain based fund raising
- The crypto exchange landscape
- Payments innovation for DLT businesses
- The ICO picture in 2019
- Tokenomics and investment research
- Crypto taxonomy and accounting
By bringing what is known as a primary symposium to the QEII conference centre right in the heart of London, the Gibraltar International Fintech Forum is opening up Gibraltar’s world-leading DLT ecosystem to the widest possible global audience.
